Sweetheart Bow Fingerless Gloves

The Mom lifestyle has hit me hard this week.  I didn't know Mom-insomnia was a thing that could happen.  I am now resigned to the idea that I will never get a good night sleep again for the rest of my life.  So what do you do at 3 in the morning after feeding a cranky and hungry baby?  Design a new knitting project, of course!  Who needs sleep?!  Apparently I don't.

Valentine's day is just around the corner and I love the feeling of romance that comes with it.  I may be one of the few people that enjoy the day because it is my husband's birthday!  For me, birthdays outweigh any holiday, which makes it easy for my husband and I to avoid a possible Valentine's day fight by celebrating on another day.  For the season, I wanted to design a knitting project that was fun and romantic.  I love coffee so I wanted a pair of fingerless gloves that would pair well with V-Day and enjoying a cup of warm hot coffee.

Make this pattern and enjoy the season of romance. :)

Happy Knitting!

Sweetheart Bow Fingerless Gloves By Rebecca McKenzie

This pattern is worked in the round on circular needles from the wrist cuff to the top.  The bow is made separately and then sewn on using the matching bow color.   I used the magic loop method to make these.  If you have never used the magic loop method, it is easy and perfect to do if you can't find the right length circular needles.  I used this great tutorial video to help me learn this technique: Magic Loop Tutorial
