Log Cabin Bag
Hey Everyone! I wanted to post and share my latest project. This past January, I joined in with Karen Templer's Make-Along and it has been so amazing learning the fun and easy log cabin technique of knitting. If you haven't already, you can follow #fringeandfriendslogalong on Instagram, where people are still sharing their projects. I was unfamiliar with the log cabin technique when I started this challenge but a quick google search led me to a great tutorial by Very Pink Knits . The log cabin technique is a great way to use up old knitting scraps to create a continues knitting piece. I was inspired by @mllemichl 's log cabin bag on instagram and so far I am loving the way it is turning out. After seeing Black Panther, I realized my color scheme is similar to Nakia's battle outfit so now I've dubbed this bag my Wakanda bag. :) Below are some pictures.
